Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all service engagements delivered by SIA Firmavox.

2. Cancellation

Service engagements are scoped and agreed in writing before work begins. Cancellation terms specific to each engagement are outlined in the service agreement. Where no specific terms are set, either party may cancel with 14 days written notice.

3. Refunds

Work completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed scope is non-refundable. If work has not yet begun at the time of cancellation, any prepaid fees will be refunded in full. Partial refunds for partially completed work are assessed case by case.

4. Disputes

For billing questions or disputes, contact aivars@firmavox.co. We respond within 48 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.
