2. What Data We Collect
This website does not use analytics, tracking scripts, or cookies. No personal data is collected through the site itself. When you contact us by email, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message.
3. How We Use Your Data
Data you share via email is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a service agreement follows, to deliver services under that contract. Legal basis under GDPR: Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
4. Data Retention
Enquiry emails that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months. Data related to active or completed client engagements is retained for 5 years to meet accounting and legal obligations, then deleted.
5. Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payments, where applicable, are processed securely by Stripe Inc. under their own privacy policy and Data Processing Agreement.
6. Your Rights — EU / EEA Residents
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Request restriction of processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Latvia's supervisory authority: Datu valsts inspekcija (Data State Inspectorate) at dvi.gov.lv.
7. California Residents — CCPA / CPRA
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, email aivars@firmavox.co. We will respond within 45 days.
